A profile as unique as  they come. Austere, leafy and petrochemical in turns. Chalk dust, turpentine and  hints of lilac and leaf sap. Not something that can be made, or sold, today, a shame I say. Mint tea, hemp ropes and unripe green pears bathed in chlorophyll. Quirky and rather rambunctious. Astringent and somewhat harsh on the tongue. Lots of mustard leaf, paint fumes and distilled wierdness. Green chilli oil in the nose,  and unripe banana. I’m happy to make room for wierd on my whisky shelf. 85 pts
