Natural and unhindered. A distillate’s quirks are laid bare in a whisky like this. Watered down tiger balm muddled with powerful peppermint, suede leather, wet hemp ropes, sea spray, soaked oak planks and dirty granite. Quite powerful at 54.2%. Hints of warehouse, earthen floors, silent workshops and a touch of grime. Really exemplary. 87 pts
