How would an elderly Elvis tilt exactly? Jousting perhaps? Very nice whisky though, soft with clear oils, molten butter and malty biscuits. Many little sharp but juicy hints of fruit like kiwis and green berries, all gently massaged with a sweet honey. And pristine flints, celeriac and leap sap round out the afternoon jaunt in the orchard. The cask clearly behaved well. 88 pts
