Because there is still much to love or regret, let’s hope its the former. Well, it’s not bad. Nice dry loamy earth, cracked pepper, there’s a mashy vegetal quality to it, Baked brussels sprouts and hot oil in clay pots. Remains clean and down to earth but also entirely. Dust, malt bins, old school tables. For cocktails. 82 pts
